Flight Club Darts is an internationally recognized tech-enhanced darts bar. I have personally helped to launch 10 locations here in the United States and with each location I manage the expansion brand growth and scaling through multi-channel awareness campaigns, website, social media content, and partner on interior design.
MY ROLE
Creative Director/Art Director for Flight Club, a national entertainment and restaurant chain for 6 years leading marketing and design efforts both digital and print, including paid media creative strategy. Developed and mentored creative team members, designed brand style guides, scaled our brands nationally in 10+ states, developed original project pipelines and spearheaded all creative org processes during expansion. Managed team budgeting. Managed communications internationally between creative teams. Managed freelance talent, outsourcers and vendor relationships. Digital creative talent includes video editing, website UI and lifestyle photography.It’s a very important part of my job that our brand translates effectively to our U.S. audience and still communicates our fun and welcoming atmosphere. I have developed a number of marketing campaigns for the brand, coordinated events and have executed campaigns across multiple platforms and locations.
