SCALING BRAND CREATIVE NATIONALLY FOR 6 YEARS
Flight Club Darts is an internationally recognized tech-enhanced darts bar. I helped to launch 9 locations here in the United States and, managing the expansion of brand growth and scaling through multi-channel awareness campaigns, website, and social media.
MY ROLE
I helped to launch 9 Flight Club locations in my six years with the company. I built countless campaigns across digital and physical touch points, developed and mentored creative team members, directed photo and video shoots, and developed brand style guides and templates to scale our brands nationally in 10+ states. I managed communications internationally between creative teams, freelance talent, outsourcers and vendor relationships. I ensured that our brand translates effectively to our U.S. audience and still communicated our fun and welcoming atmosphere. I have developed a number of marketing campaigns for the brand, coordinated events, and executed paid ad campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and Google.
