Publican Quality Bread Retail Displays

While at One Off Hospitality I developed a comprehensive retail merchandising system designed to elevate brand visibility for our different bread and pastry retailers. The challenge was to create a scalable suite of display solutions that could accommodate a wide range of store environments, budgets, and merchandising needs while maintaining a consistent and recognizable brand presence.

The program began with low-cost solutions including branded pricing strips and tabletop signage, then expanded into premium display options like back-lit acrylic signs and large-scale modular floor displays. I designed multiple display formats, including rectangular, circular, and semi-circular configurations, allowing retailers to select the solution best suited to their space. Each display was developed to create stronger visual impact, improve product discoverability, and help Publican Quality Bread stand out within an increasingly crowded artisan bakery marketplace.

In addition to bread, I developed a series of pastry presentation solutions that ranged from fully custom pastry cases that reflected the sophistication of the brand to simple white vinyl logo decals that could be applied to existing cases.

The resulting system provided Publican Quality Bread with a versatile merchandising toolkit that strengthened brand recognition, enhanced product presentation, and created a more prominent retail presence.
